Dear Crew at Nexus Pain Care,

I have been in pain for five months. Took pain medication. Did not help.

Been to chiropractors. Said I had hip out of place. Did not.

Thank heaven there is a place like this. I was so depressed I did not know what to do. I could not sit, stand, walk, or ride without pain.

I was taking sleeping pills every night to get sleep.
