My name is Don. I have been a patient at Nexus Pain Care since 1991. After an assault several years ago, I became disabled and had to stop teaching. I was suffering blackouts and having panic attacks after the assault. I wasn't able to stand up straight and had to walk hunched over with a cane. I had very little range of motion and could barely turn my head. My neck and back pain were unbearable.

I heard about Dr. Rosenthal through another doctor. Over the years, he has changed my life. I have been receiving frequent treatments at Nexus Pain Care for many years. The treatments I receive make it possible for me to walk. I have no doubt that without Nexus, I'd be in a wheelchair.

The approach at Nexus Pain Care is to treat pain with a variety of treatment options. I have seen the chiropractor, massage therapist, and psychiatrist at Nexus, as well as the physicians. Through a combination of these treatments and medications, Nexus has been able to help me when other doctors have not.

Chiropractics, medications, and over the counter products alone are not enough. It is a combination of all these, under the guidance of Dr.Rosenthal that has truly helped me.

Nexus Pain Care has helped my whole life--my physical, spiritual and mental well-being.

I have referred many friends to Dr. Rosenthal over the years. He is honest and upfront with patients. He tells people if he cannot help them and offers them other options. Not many doctors are that honest. I appreciate that I can trust the staff at Nexus.

For a while I was forced to see another doctor due to insurance complications. During this time under another doctor's care, I regressed. This doctor didn't know what to do with me and eventually told me not to come back. I had to use a wheelchair off and on under her care. Eventually I was able to go back to Nexus Pain Care and receive the help I needed from people I trust.

I am still on disability and am unable to work. But thanks to the care I have received, I am able to do some volunteer service one day a week. I have even been able to return to professional quality pottery again.

To those who are in constant pain, I would recommend Nexus Pain Care. My life is changed for the better because of the caring and honest doctors I see at Nexus.

Hands down, I would say try Nexus Pain Care. You can have new hope in life.
