June 1, 2004 Dr. Rosenthal, I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated Josh Leder and his services through the trial period with the spine stimulation system. I was in Midway at our son's home when he drove up there to talk to me when I started. I had so hoped this would work so I could get off at least some of the pain medication. Several times through the trial period I called him and he was always there to answer my concerns and be of what help he could. I appreciated him being there when we met Dr. Richey in Orem yesterday. I felt like he did all he could to help us.

We express our appreciation to you also. Pain is a terrible thing to live with on a daily basis for so many years.

I've decided to just leave the original pain stimulation system in until the battery is clear dead and then I'll call your office again and make arrangements to have it removed.
